Personal Injury Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and possess excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA
  • Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on various legal issues and cases.
  • Drafts legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Stay current with changes in the law and attend legal education seminars.

Job Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in the state.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Personal Injury Law or Employment Law
  • Salary Range $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
