Brisa Andrade, Esq.

Brisa Andrade was raised in the vibrant and diverse community of Boyle Heights in East Los Angeles. From an early age, she felt a calling to help others, which shaped her aspirations to pursue higher education and, ultimately, a career in law. Her passion for the legal system was ignited at the age of 19 when she served as a juror for the first time. The experience fascinated her and solidified her dream of becoming an attorney as the best way to serve her community and make a meaningful impact.

After earning her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo, Brisa joined LyfeLaw as a legal assistant. As one of the firm’s earliest employees, she flourished under the mentorship of its partners. During this time, she diligently prepared for law school while saving money and developing her skills in the legal field.

While attending law school, Brisa assumed the dual responsibility of being a full-time student and the head of her household, providing financial stability for her mother and younger brothers. She worked full-time at prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firms as a paralegal and law clerk while attending evening classes. Her perseverance and determination during this challenging time speak to her unwavering commitment to her family and career.

In 2024, Brisa took on the critical role of managing LyfeLaw’s Pre-Litigation Department, overseeing a large team of dedicated professionals. Under her leadership, the department has flourished, with Brisa bridging the gap between pre-litigation, demand preparation, and other vital areas. She is a mentor to her team and an invaluable asset as a case evaluator, ensuring every claim is handled with precision and care. Her ability to foster collaboration across departments has streamlined operations and elevated the firm’s standards for client service.

Over the course of her legal career, Brisa has gained extensive experience in handling a wide range of cases, including soft tissue motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. Her varied roles in the legal field have given her a unique perspective on maximizing case value while understanding and addressing her clients’ hardships. Brisa’s empathetic approach and dedication ensure every client feels heard and supported.

In her spare time, Brisa enjoys hot yoga, cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers, and Trojans, and exploring new restaurants. Known for her sense of humor, she also loves making people laugh and bringing joy to those around her.
