Senior Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager who will report directly to the Pre-litigation Department Manager. The Senior Case Manager will participate in all aspects of our law practice.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Train and lead Case Managers and Assistants.
Handle high volume of Personal Injury Pre-litigation Cases.
Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly.
Monitor and maintain client treatment case files
Obtaining evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to our clients' case
Assisting clients with their bodily Injury claim in assisting the clients with treatment.
Assisting clients with their property damage claims.
Correspond with Insurance Companies on a daily basis.
Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (required)
3–5 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — both written and verbal (required)

Physical Requirements

Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.

Language Requirement

Spanish (Required)

Required Skills:

Supervisory experience required.
Strong communication, time management & organization skills
Self-starter with a high level of resourcefulness and initiative
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Computer skills such as MS Office and Case management software
