Chrystian Escobar is an Associate Attorney at Lyfe Law, where he advocates for injured clients with dedication and skill. As part of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation team, he is committed to protecting the rights of employees who have been hurt on the job and ensuring they receive the benefits and justice they deserve.

Chrystian began his legal career on the defense side, representing insurance companies and employers in workers’ compensation claims. This experience gave him invaluable insight into how carriers evaluate cases, approach settlements, and build litigation strategies. While he excelled in that role, he soon realized his true passion was helping people, not defending corporations. He transitioned into applicant-side representation, where his results quickly earned him promotion to Supervising Attorney at his prior firm. In that position, he managed a high-volume caseload, trained hearing representatives, and guided litigation strategies designed to maximize recovery for injured workers.


At Lyfe Law, Chrystian draws on both his defense and applicant-side experience to provide strong, client-focused advocacy. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he effectively connects with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the legal process. Beyond his work in the courtroom, Chrystian serves as Community Outreach Chair for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and was recognized as a 2026 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
